Assistant Delivery Executive

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting Delivery Managers to respond to queries in JIRA Helpdesk and oversee the efficient resolution of project delivery
  • Advising sales and research teams on best practice and project concerns
  • Working with key delivery suppliers around the world, including our offshore Delivery team in Bulgaria and expert sample providers, translation and dataprocessing/charting agencies
  • Implementing key process instructions and maintaining excellent project resources
  • Communicating updates with internal stakeholders in both personal dealings and in news items on company Sharepoint
  • This role will be working in English, regardless of location of the customer or supplier

You need to have the following experience:

  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Two years’ experience in a role with a customer-focussed mindset
  • Basic experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office suite
