System1 Instagram Giveaway – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Promoter. This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is administered by System1 Research, Inc., a Delaware corporation with registered office at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808 and correspondence address at 450 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10017 (the “Promoter”).
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or members of the same household of System1 Group PLC and its affiliates, WPP plc, TikTok Inc., and any party involved in the design, production or administration of the Giveaway are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry period. Entries open on 9:00am and close at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Monday, 15 June 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.
4. How to enter. During the Entry Period: (i) follow @system1group on Instagram; (ii) like the Giveaway post; and (iii) leave a comment on the Giveaway post. Limit one entry per person. Entries submitted via bots, multiple accounts, or any automated means will be disqualified.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a Cannes promotional kit comprising System1-branded items together with selected WPP and TikTok branded items. Approximate retail value: under USD $100. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner selection. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will take place within five (5) business days of the close of the Entry Period and will be conducted by the Promoter, whose decision is final and binding.
7. Notification and acceptance. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram. The winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to accept the prize and provide a US mailing address. If the winner does not respond within that time, forfeits the prize, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these rules, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Taxes. The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state and local taxes arising from acceptance of the prize.
9. Publicity. By entering, the winner consents to the Promoter’s use of their Instagram handle, and any first name and city/state they provide, for the purpose of announcing the winner on System1’s social media channels and report-launch materials, without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. Data protection. Personal information provided in connection with the Giveaway will be processed by the Promoter solely to administer the Giveaway and deliver the prize, in accordance with System1’s privacy notice available at https://system1group.com/privacy-cookie-policy. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA as set out in the privacy notice.
11. Platform release. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., WPP plc, or TikTok Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability arising from or related to the Giveaway.
12. General. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise breaches these rules, and to suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway if it cannot be conducted as planned. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
