A Nintendo ad with a couple keeping fit together using the Switch Ring Fit device. As with their other gaming ads, it’s the way Nintendo put the play into the context (of a couple’s relationship) that gives the ad some right-brained zing. Compare it to one of 2019’s most notorious ads – the Peloton one with the husband buying his wife a fitness gift for Christmas – and it’s even clearer why Nintendo gets it so right.
