We are looking for an experienced researcher able to expand current client relationships through exceptional market research and guidance to our clients, manage a team fo fellow researchers in our Mid-West Chicago Office and be a part of the team of our Global Market Research business to contribute to our ambitious growth plans going forward.

What would you be doing?
- Actively conduct and oversee client research for the Mid-West office
- The job will entail project management, analysis, building client relationships and
- learning about clients and their categories.
- telling stories with data and working with Sales Leaders to conduct meaningful research deliverables to delight our client partners
- exercising efficiency in managing projects from end to end
- working closely with clients to deliver top notch insights
- Lead client research communications with autonomy
- Elevate client deliverables by adding behavioral insights to executive summaries and recommendations
- Assist in proposal creation while mastering knowledge of our core products
- Expand internal presence by taking leadership roles on local initiatives
- Mentoring and overseeing a junior group of researchers
- You need to be this kind of person:
- Love research and behavioral economics. Applying System1 philosophies and principles when analyzing and writing reports
- Art and science. Detail orientated and data literate combined with the ability to bring that data to life
- Works towards becoming a trusted advisor to key clients
- A leader who can lead and mentor your immediate team by running team meetings and
- checking in with team members regularly
- Keep close and open communication with other team leaders
- Be able to work in both independently and in teams
You need to have the following experience:
- Educational background in marketing and/or research preferred
- 4-8 years of professional experience, preferably in quantitative market research
- Understanding of System1 Research’s philosophy
- Innovations Experience is a plus but not mandatory
